In response to the sustained surge in global demand for high-performance coated steel products, CNB New Material has completed a major optimization of its inventory and supply chain system, significantly expanding the daily ready stock of its flagship product lines.
Expanded daily stock lineup
We have increased stock levels across all our core coated steel ranges to ensure faster order fulfillment:
- Zn-Al-Mg (ZAM) Steel: 3,000 tons daily available stock, coating weights ZM40–ZM600, grades DX51D–DX57D and S220GD–S550GD, thickness 0.3–8.0mm.
- Aluminized (AS) Steel: 2,000 tons daily stock, AS80–AS400 coating mass, salt spray tested over 4,000 hours, ideal for automotive exhaust and pipeline insulation.
- Galvalume (GL) Steel: 5,000 tons daily stock, AZ30–AZ275 aluminum-zinc coating, available with golden, green and blue anti-fingerprint finishes.
- Pre-painted (PPGI/PPGL) Steel: 20,000 tons daily stock, with premium paint systems (PE, SMP, HDP, PVDF) and thickness up to 2.0mm.
Service upgrades for global customers
Alongside inventory expansion, we have rolled out two key service upgrades:
- Full CBAM compliance support: All products shipped to the EU come with complete CBAM documentation, helping customers smooth customs clearance and avoid compliance risks.
- One-stop fabrication & logistics: We provide custom slitting, cutting, bending and profiling services, as well as integrated global freight forwarding through our partner network.
