Material Hybridization for Cost & Performance
CNB’s composite steel products combine a thin layer of expensive, functional metal (aluminum, copper, stainless steel) with an economical galvanized steel backer using patented polymer bonding technology. The result provides the surface properties of the expensive metal at a fraction of the cost, with the added benefits of vibration damping, sound insulation, and easier fabrication.

Product Families

• Aluminum‑Steel Composite Coil: 0.15‑0.26mm aluminum on SGCC base. Total thickness 0.8‑2.0mm, width ≤1300mm. Used for elevator panels, decorative wall panels, automotive motor covers.

• Color Film Laminated Coil: 0.12‑0.20mm decorative film (wood grain, marble, solid color) on SGCC base. Total thickness 0.35‑2.0mm. Offers rich aesthetics without wet painting.

• Vibration Damping: The polymer interlayer provides superior sound insulation and vibration reduction compared to monolithic steel sheet of the same thickness.

Processing & Fabrication
We offer full‑service processing: slitting, cut‑to‑length, CNC punching, V‑grooving, and bending. The composite maintains bond integrity during forming.
