Pre-painted Galvalume Steel Coil, universally abbreviated as PPGL, also known as galvalume color coated steel, is a high-performance protective and decorative steel product manufactured by applying precision paint coatings onto hot-dip galvalume (Al-Zn alloy) steel substrate. Built on 55% aluminum-zinc alloy coated base steel, PPGL inherits all the advantages of galvalume – superior corrosion resistance, high thermal reflectivity and good heat resistance – while adding decorative and weather-resistant paint performance. This standard PE coated DX51D grade is our most widely used construction specification, optimized for residential and commercial roofing, wall cladding and light steel building applications.

Applications
This standard PE PPGL coil is predominantly used for residential and commercial roofing sheets, wall cladding panels, corrugated profiles, garage doors, warehouse exteriors, agricultural greenhouses and light steel building envelopes.
