The 6%Al-3%Mg ZAM alloy is recognized as the most balanced general-purpose formula in the industry, achieving an optimal combination of corrosion resistance, mechanical properties, processability and cost. This ZM200 S250GD grade is our universal industrial specification, suitable for a wide range of fabrication and application scenarios.
Compared with low-aluminum ZAM products, the medium-aluminum formula has higher surface hardness, better wear resistance and stronger atmospheric corrosion resistance. The S250GD structural grade provides sufficient strength for most general industrial structures and equipment manufacturing, while maintaining good cold forming performance.
