OEM‑Grade Aluminized Exhaust Tubing
CNB manufactures aluminized steel pipes specifically for automotive and heavy‑duty exhaust systems. Using high‑elongation DX53D+AS and DX54D+AS steel from HBIS, we form pipes with OD 32mm–168mm and wall thickness 1.0–3.0mm. Our unique aluminum‑filled weld seam (ultrasonic/Panasonic welder) ensures the entire pipe, including the seam, resists exhaust gas corrosion and heat scaling.

Production Capabilities

• Pipe Forming: High‑frequency induction welding, then full‑length inline annealing to remove weld stresses.

• Fabrication: CNC rotary‑draw bending, flaring, swaging, punching, spinning, end‑forming.

• Testing: 100% eddy current or 8‑15kg pressure test, tensile and flattening tests per lot.
