It delivers outstanding corrosion protection (2400 hours salt spray vs. 432 hours for GI). Our AS steel is ROHS, FDA, and REACH certified, making it safe for direct food contact. Common applications include automotive exhausts, heat shields, baking pans, and air fryer baskets. We supply DX51D+AS, DX53D+AS, DX54D+AS, etc., with coating weights from 80 to 400 g/m² and surface treatments such as Cr3+ passivation, anti‑fingerprint, and oiling.
