Anti-Static Prepainted Steel Coil (ESD-Safe PPGI) – Conductive Pigment Coating Prevents Dust Adhesion for Electronics & Pharmaceutical Cleanrooms
Product Overview
Our Anti-Static Prepainted Galvanized Steel (PPGI) is manufactured by incorporating special conductive pigments into the paint system. This creates a controlled surface electrical resistance, allowing static electricity to dissipate safely as weak electrical energy rather than accumulating on the surface. By eliminating electrostatic attraction, this product effectively prevents dust and particle adhesion, ensuring a pristine working environment. It maintains all the mechanical strength and corrosion resistance of standard PPGI while adding critical ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection. The coating is semi-permanent and does not diminish over the steel’s service life.

Core Advantages
Dust Prevention – Eliminates electrostatic adsorption of airborne particles, reducing cleaning frequency in sensitive production areas.
Semi-Permanent Effect – The conductive property is inherent to the paint film, not a temporary spray treatment.
Easy Maintenance – Dust that does settle can be easily removed with a dry cloth or mild cleaning agents.
Full Formability – Retains good bending and stamping properties (T-bend 2T–3T) without compromising the conductive network.
Applications
Electronics manufacturing: Cleanrooms for semiconductor, LCD, and PCB assembly lines.
Pharmaceutical industry: Sterile filling rooms, laboratory partitions.
Food processing: Packaging areas where dust control is critical.
Medical facilities: Operating theatres and diagnostic equipment enclosures.
