Product Overview
Automotive-grade Type 1 Aluminized Steel (AS) is the industry-standard material for light vehicle and commercial vehicle exhaust systems. This AS120 DX53D grade is specially optimized for muffler shells, exhaust pipes, catalytic converter housings, heat shields and EGR cooler components. It delivers an optimal balance of high-temperature oxidation resistance, condensate corrosion resistance and deep formability, and has been widely adopted by global automotive OEMs and tier-1 suppliers.
