Our custom narrow ZAM steel coils are produced by high-precision slitting of wide master coils, providing customized width specifications for tube manufacturing, roll forming profiles, hardware stamping and other narrow-material applications. The DX53D forming grade ensures excellent processing performance in secondary fabrication.
With in-house precision slitting equipment, we can supply various custom widths from 60mm to 600mm, with strict control of width tolerance, edge burr height and coil winding tightness. The ZM150 coating provides reliable corrosion protection for general indoor and sheltered outdoor applications, offering a cost-effective solution for high-volume profile and tube production.
