Our DX53D deep-drawing galvalume steel coil is specially developed for the home appliance industry, featuring ultra-thin gauge, zero spangle surface and excellent formability. It is widely used for refrigerator back panels, air conditioner housings, microwave oven liners and washing machine casings.
The AZ100 coating provides balanced corrosion protection and good adhesion for post-processing, while the ultra-smooth zero spangle surface ensures uniform appearance after painting or film lamination. The DX53D steel grade delivers high elongation and low yield strength, supporting complex deep drawing, bending and embossing processes without coating delamination or substrate cracking.
