Product Overview
CNB Group’s hot‑dip galvanized steel coil is a flat‑rolled carbon steel product coated with a continuous zinc layer on both sides, delivered in coil or cut‑to‑length sheet form. It is designed to prevent rust in atmospheric environments, providing a service life of 5‑20 years depending on coating mass. Our GI steel balances formability, weldability, and corrosion protection, making it the most versatile coated steel in the construction, home appliance, automotive, and general manufacturing industries.
Key Features & Advantages
Wide Coating Range: From Z40 (minimum 25‑35 g/m² actual) to Z600 g/m², covering everything from economical dry‑wall profiles to heavy‑duty outdoor structures.
Spangle Choice: Regular spangle for classic appearance and good paint adhesion; minimized spangle for smoother surface; zero spangle for high‑end paint finish or appliance panels.
Formability Grades: DX51D+Z for bending and simple forming; DX52D+Z for drawing; DX53D+Z and DX54D+Z for deep drawing and complex stamping. Structural grades S220GD–S550GD+Z are also available for load‑bearing sections.
Seaworthy Packing: Waterproof paper, plastic film, inner/outer steel rings, side protectors, and steel strapping ensure coils arrive rust‑free.
