Paint-optimized aluminized silicon steel (AS) is the premium substrate for PPAL (Pre-painted Aluminized Steel) color coated products. This AS120 DX51D grade features a controlled-roughness bright surface and uniform Al-Si coating, specially engineered to ensure excellent paint adhesion, consistent color appearance and long-term under-film corrosion resistance. It is the substrate of choice for high-performance exterior architectural color coatings.
