CNB supplies narrow‑width cold rolled steel strip and exact‑size cut sheets for applications that require stringent gauge and width consistency, such as lockseam tubes, bearing cages, and precision stamping.

Precision Services

• Narrow Slitting: We slit CR coils down to 20mm width with minimal camber (<2mm per 2m). Round edges or square edges available.

• Oscillate Wound Coils: For very long run‑time, we can wind multiple slit strands into oscillate (traverse) wound coils of up to 500kg.

• Cut‑to‑Length Sheets: Tolerance ±0.5mm length, with flatness <3mm per meter. Packed in protective cartons or on pallets.

• Hardness Control: We can provide full hard, quarter hard, half hard, and dead soft conditions based on your stamping requirements.
