Product Overview
PPGL is manufactured using a 55% aluminum-zinc alloy coated steel substrate (galvalume), which offers 3–4 times better corrosion resistance than traditional galvanized steel of the same coating weight. The substrate is then coated with high-quality polyester or silicone-modified polyester paints. The unique Al-Zn alloy forms a protective barrier that prevents rust creep at cut edges, making PPGL the preferred choice for roofs, exterior walls, and agricultural buildings in humid or saline environments.
