Whether you need a 5‑year standard profile sheet or a 25‑year architectural masterpiece, our coating systems cover every performance tier: polyester (PE), silicon‑modified polyester (SMP), high‑durability polyester (HDP), and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF).

Paint System Selection Guide

• PE (Polyester): Cost‑effective, good flexibility, 3‑5 year color retention; ideal for indoor partitions, ceiling tiles, temporary buildings.

• SMP (Silicon Modified Polyester): Harder, better chalking resistance, 10‑15 year durability; good for industrial roofing and walls.

• HDP (High Durability Polyester): Excellent UV resistance, 10‑12 year warranty; balances cost and long life in commercial buildings.

• PVDF (Fluorocarbon): 70%+ PVDF resin, 20‑25 year color and gloss retention; required for airport terminals, stadiums, and premium architectural cladding.

Base Metal & Coating Thickness

• Substrates: GI (PPGI) and GL (PPGL) with zinc/AZ coating from 30g to 275g.

• Top Coat: 15‑25μm (PE/SMP/HDP) to 25‑35μm (PVDF).

• Primer: 5‑7μm epoxy or polyurethane.

• Back Coat: 5‑10μm epoxy/polyester, usually grey or service coat.
