Product Overview
This advanced functional prepainted steel features a specially formulated hydrophilic topcoat (self-cleaning) or an antibacterial enamel-series agent embedded in the paint system.
Self-Cleaning Type: The hydrophilic surface allows rainwater to spread evenly across the panel, washing away dust and pollutants without streaking, significantly reducing manual cleaning frequency.
Antibacterial Type: Contains a non-toxic, semi-permanent antibacterial agent that achieves >99% elimination of E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus, as certified by international testing.
Both variants maintain the excellent formability and corrosion resistance of standard PPGI, making them ideal for hygiene-critical environments.

Core Advantages
Self-Cleaning: Reduces maintenance costs – dust and dirt are easily washed off by rain or simple water spray.
Antibacterial: Prevents microbial growth on surfaces, ensuring a sterile environment without chemical disinfectants.
Non-Toxic: The antibacterial agent is a ceramic-series compound; safe for food processing zones (passes LFGB and FDA migration tests upon request).
Far-Infrared Effect (Antibacterial type): The coating also emits far-infrared rays, which can aid in preserving food freshness in cold storage applications.
Applications
Food industry: Processing plants, refrigerated storage walls, commercial kitchens.
Pharmaceutical and medical: Cleanrooms, operating room partitions, medical device housings.
Electronics: Anti-static cleanrooms (can be combined with anti-static pigments).
Public facilities: Hospital corridors, school cafeterias.
