Fabrication Services

• Laser Cutting: Trumpf and Mazak flatbed lasers cut up to 20mm sheet with nitrogen assist for oxide‑free edges.

• CNC Bending: Multi‑axis press brakes with automatic angle correction. Tolerances ±0.5°.

• Tube Bending & Processing: CNC mandrel bending for tight radius, end‑forming, deburring, and 100% dimensional inspection.

• Welding & Assembly: TIG/MIG welding by certified welders (EN 287). We can weld frames, enclosures, pipe spools, and structural assemblies.

• Surface Finishing: Grain matching, weld blend polishing, electropolishing for sanitary finish.
